This Animation is to show the drowning feeling people go through, relying on something that they know harms them. I used cigarettes as an example as it's a symbol of addiction
This Animation is to represent problems in relationships so I included my ways of relieving stress. I had a heavy focus on regret and turning back time in this animation, so I added a reversing clock, a lavender and a lily as symbols of regret.
